Q. How far in advance do I need to book you ?
A. For the popular months of June, July and August, I would suggest no later than 9 months. Most other times 6 months should be sufficient.
Q. Do I need to pay a deposit ?
A. Yes, when you book me I require a £100 non refundable booking fee. This is deducted from the package price and the balance is payable no later than 14 days prior to your wedding.
Q. Do you visit the venue before hand ?
A. I always visit a venue to look for interesting places to take shots.
Q. How long will it take before I receive my proofs ?
A. Proofs take 3 - 4 weeks to edit in the busy months and approximately 2 - 3 weeks at other times. All proofs are edited and colour corrected and supplied on a CD rom in a presentation case.
Q. How many proof images will I receive ?
A. I do not put every image I take on to the proof CD. I only select the best images and edit them, so for a full day coverage of 8 hours, you can expect about 300 images.
Q. Do you have back up equipment ?
A. I normally take three cameras to every wedding.
Q. What happens if the weather is bad ?
A. Arrangements will be made at the reception venue to take shots inside, although getting some shots whilst dodging showers can be fun !
Q. Will you be in contact with us before the wedding ?
A. After the initial consultation meeting when you book me, I will contact you about three weeks before your wedding to discuss any special shots and to make sure that I know exactly what will be happening on the day.
